Air-Charter Service
  • The duration of the flight is indicative and may vary.
  • The flight time is calculated from the start of the turbine/engine until its complete stop.
  • Passengers are requested to arrive at the indicated departure point approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
  • 48 hours before the flight’s departure, you must send World Aviation a complete list with the passengers' information, including name, passport, or ID number, etc. The original document must be presented to the staff before the flight. Passengers without valid identification will not be admitted and will not have the right to claim or receive a refund.
  • You must send World Aviation written confirmation of your acceptance of this quotation.
  • World Aviation will inform you in writing of the reservation confirmation and will send you the invoice for the contracted services so that you can proceed with the payment according to the cancellation policy.
  • The reservation will be formalised once World Aviation has received full payment for the service.
  • Any additional cost or service not included in this quotation, as well as extra flight time requested by the client.
  • Changes in the base location of the contracted helicopter on the service date.
  • All quotations are based on the information provided by the client. At the end of each service, you will be billed in accordance with the accepted offer and any additional services requested by the client.
  • World Aviation will provide supervision and safety information before each flight.
  • Cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled departure of the flight will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled departure of the flight will receive a refund of 30% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight will receive a refund of 20% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the flight’s departure or delays in the scheduled departure will not be eligible for a refund.
  • This quotation is valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issuance.
  • World Aviation reserves the right to modify the scheduled flight due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, labour disputes, strikes, weather conditions, technical reasons, or restrictions imposed by aviation authorities.
  • World Aviation will not be liable to the client for any failure to fulfil its contractual obligations due to force majeure, labour disputes, strikes of any kind (including those of World Aviation personnel), or other causes beyond its control, including weather conditions, restrictions imposed by aviation authorities, accidents, engine failures, or any part of the aircraft or any machinery or equipment used in connection with the aircraft and/or flight operations.
  • In cases where it is not possible to operate a scheduled flight as planned due to any of the aforementioned circumstances or others, World Aviation reserves the right to provide an alternative form of transportation whenever reasonably possible, or alternatively, offer a date change for the same service. Additionally, World Aviation reserves the right to substitute an aircraft model with another of similar characteristics if necessary for operational reasons and/or to guarantee the safe operation of the scheduled flight.
  • Any notification will be made in writing and will be considered duly received if sent by certified mail, email, fax, or burofax.
  • The acceptance of this quotation implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
